Woman vows to refile charges against NY gov's aide
NEW YORK (AP) - The woman who brought domestic violence allegations against a former top aide of New York Gov. David Paterson says she plans to refile charges in the case. Sherr-una Booker told WNBC-TV she wants former boyfriend David Johnson to be held criminally responsible for assaulting her in October in their Bronx home.
