US security chief: Airport scanners not intrusive
By DANIEL WOOLLS Associated Press Writer TOLEDO, Spain (AP) - U.S. Homeland Security Secretary Janet Napolitano is seeking to allay concerns in some European Union countries over the use of body scanners in airports, saying that as the technology develops they will be less intrusive.
