US challenges Geithner deposition in AIG lawsuit

By ED WHITE Associated Press Writer DETROIT (AP) - The federal government is challenging a Michigan's man request to interview the Treasury Secretary in a lawsuit over the bailout of American International Group Inc. Government lawyers say there are no extraordinary circumstances that would permit the deposition of Timothy Geithner.
