UBS informant files complaint against prosecutors

MIAMI (AP) - The key whistleblower in the tax evasion case against Swiss bank UBS AG claims prosecutors made false statements to a judge who sentenced him to prison. Attorneys for informant Bradley Birkenfeld filed a complaint Tuesday with the Justice Department. The complaint seeks an investigation and that the record be corrected.
