Report finds DOJ not fully prepared for WMD attack

WASHINGTON (AP) - The Justice Department's inspector general has found that the department is not fully prepared to respond to an attack involving a weapon of mass destruction. The IG says the department hasn't assigned one entity responsibility for central oversight in responding to a WMD incident.
