Panel to hear about effort against financial crime

By DANIEL WAGNER AP Business Writer WASHINGTON (AP) - Attorney General Eric Holder on Thursday will tell a panel investigating the financial crisis that the Justice Department is using "every tool at its disposal" to fight the financial crimes that contributed to the meltdown and could cause another.
