Palin fund illegal; donors will get money back

By RACHEL D'ORO Associated Press Writer ANCHORAGE, Alaska (AP) - Administrators of a legal defense fund set up for former Alaska Gov. Sarah Palin have 90 days to return nearly $400,000 to donors, after an ethics investigator determined the fund was illegal.
