By GILLIAN FLACCUS Associated Press Writer SANTA ANA, Calif. (AP) - A federal judge will consider Tuesday whether allegations of prosecutorial misconduct are serious enough to warrant throwing out a fraud and conspiracy case against Broadcom Corp.'s former chief financial officer.
