By CURT ANDERSON AP Legal Affairs Writer FORT LAUDERDALE, Fla. (AP) - Disbarred South Florida attorney Scott Rothstein is set to plead guilty to federal charges that he ran a $1.2 billion Ponzi scheme using phony legal settlements.
