By ANGELA DOLAND Associated Press Writer PONTOISE, France (AP) - A French court on Tuesday began probing who is to blame for the 2000 Air France Concorde crash, an accident that killed 113 people and foreshadowed the end of the elegant jet that traveled at supersonic speeds.
