Foreclosure rescue clears Hill hurdle

By JULIE HIRSCHFELD DAVIS Associated Press Writer WASHINGTON (AP) - The Senate has cleared away the last major hurdle to passing a massive foreclosure rescue. The procedural vote of 84-12 put the housing package on track for approval as early as Thursday afternoon.
