Family plans lawsuit over Pa. teen's beating

PITTSBURGH (AP) - The family of a Pittsburgh teenager who alleges police officers brutally beat him are planning to file a civil rights lawsuit against the police department. Family attorney John Lewis says the lawsuit has been drafted but will not be filed until the criminal investigation is finished.
