By MARY FOSTER Associated Press Writer NEW ORLEANS (AP) - A 33-year-old former police officer has pleaded guilty to two federal charges related to the cover-up of the deadly shootings of unarmed residents on a New Orleans bridge after Hurricane Katrina.
