Court: Mass. law on wine shipping unconstitutional

By BOB SALSBERG Associated Press Writer BOSTON (AP) - A Massachusetts law that sharply restricts out-of-state winemakers from shipping their products directly to consumers in the state is unconstitutional, a federal appeals court ruled.
