Bush claims executive privilege on CIA leak
By LAURIE KELLMAN Associated Press Writer WASHINGTON (AP) - President Bush has asserted executive privilege to protect information that a House panel has subpoenaed on the leak of CIA operative Valerie Plame's identity. The White House said Wednesday Bush had made the claim on Attorney General Michael Mukasey's recommendation.
