Brocade to pay $160M to settle options lawsuit

By JORDAN ROBERTSON AP Technology Writer SAN JOSE, Calif. (AP) - Brocade Communications Systems Inc. has agreed to pay the plaintiffs in a class-action lawsuit $160 million to settle allegations the networking equipment maker hurt investors by tampering with stock options, the company said Monday.
