By GILLIAN FLACCUS Associated Press Writer SANTA ANA, Calif. (AP) - Federal officials unsealed two indictments Thursday charging Broadcom co-founder Henry T. Nicholas III with conspiracy and securities fraud relating to stock options backdating, as well as numerous drug charges.
