Broadcom co-founder agrees to admit lying to SEC

(AP) - A plea agreement filed in federal court Monday said Broadcom co-founder Henry Samueli will plead guilty to lying to the Securities and Exchange Commission during a probe into the backdating of stock options at the computer chip maker.
