Agency wants to throw out WTC rebuilding schedule

By AMY WESTFELDT Associated Press Writer NEW YORK (AP) - The World Trade Center's owner wants to throw out the budget and schedule for the prolonged rebuilding of the site. The Port Authority of New York and New Jersey says none of the dates set to complete office towers, a memorial and transit hub are realistic.
